Under the direction of Scottish Master Chef Ferrier Richardson and his experienced team, the East of Paris kitchen produces dishes with focused flavors and clean lines.

Firmly rooted within the classical style of French cooking, East of Paris also spreads it's wings to Asia to influence the menu with the use of Asian herbs and spices to complement the fine Beef, Fish, Game, Fruit and Vegetables we purchase on a daily basis.

With dishes like our Seared Ahi Tuna, Oriental hors d'ouvre, Teriyaki salmon with grilled vegetables and oyster sauce and Hot Chocolate souffle with Pistachio ice cream, there is always plenty of creativity coming from the kitchen on a daily basis.
