Launch of Web Site
May 29th announces the launch of the East of Paris web site. Created by two Full Sail students, Matthew D'Amato and Bryant Florez, this site hopes to inform the Park Avenue community about our new restaurant, created by Scottish Master Chef Ferrier Richardson. The site will feature monthly updates including new dishes, upcoming events, and news articles. We look forward to seeing you revisit the site and learn about all that East of Paris has to offer in the near future.
August
We will re-launch our function suite in which we are in the process of obtaining permission to create two rooms, one of 40 and the other 60 that if required can be joined together for a large event. These rooms will be available for business meetings, private dinners or celebration events such as weddings. A corporate package will be available soon.
September
We will start our quarterly wine dinners featuring some of the world's best growers. Ferrier and our executive chef John Farrell will create some thought provoking dishes to complement the wines we are showcasing.
